Computer monitor color differences can occur between various brands and calibration. We have tried to represent correct colors as much as possible, but note they may vary slightly from the physical product.


Customer pays shipping unless otherwise noted.  Most orders ship out on the following Monday or Saturday from the date of payment via USPS/UPS/FedEx.  We typically ship with USPS first class mail.  We will ship priority mail depending upon the size and shape of the package if that is more cost effective.   Sizes of artwork and shipment methods needed will be listed as much as possible in individual product details.  Orders are shipped out on the following Monday and/or Saturday as we are available. Please allow adequate shipping time from Gainesville, GA to your location.

Items will be packaged with the utmost care for the safest shipment to you.


If you would like to purchase additional insurance for your item, please let us know.  This price will be added to your order.

International orders take more time, and cost more depending upon the distance/country. Rachel Sisk is not responsible for any customs or extra charges due to country rules and regulations.  Please contact us for direct invoice with accurate shipping to your address.

If you need your order rush shipped, please let us know as soon as possible.  We are happy to accommodate you as best we can with Priority Express Shipping at the higher shipping rate or with another available postal carrier.


We will be glad to refund or exchange any item that is in like new condition if you contact Rachel Sisk within 10 days of receiving your order.

For refunds/exchanges, please notify Rachel Sisk and send a copy of your invoice back with the item and a way to contact you with your request. Customer pays all shipping fees.

However, if your order has become damaged through original shipment, please contact us with evidence and we will issue a refund or discuss replacement.  Since all artwork is one of a kind, it may not be able to be duplicated exactly like the original.  Let's discuss the possibilities of replacement or selecting another artwork instead.

We use PayPal to process credit card transactions.  Don't have a PayPal account?  Not a problem - Paying through PayPal is the quickest payment option, and you can even purchase without a PayPal account as a guest.

We currently do not accept a check or money order for online orders.  Local Gainesville, GA residents may prepay with a GA check or money order.  I will wait for it to clear before mailing or delivering the order.

GEORGIA residents will be charged 7% sales tax.

For any sales on social media, customer will be invoiced via email.  Payment not received within 2 days will result in cancellation of order, which will then be re-posted for sale.
