Series:  One.  Drawing focus on being at one within oneself and in the world. Feeling whole, balanced, and alive in each one moment that we have. Reaching out to others and coming back to oneself like the tide centers us. We are more likely to find, or reacquaint ourselves with, our strengths in order to build them up and bring them forth to be shared again.
